Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
These policies will aid users in determining how Heather O’Brien Design fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe.
Fulfillment Policy
At Heather O’Brien Design, we ensure that the products we provide are of the utmost quality. Customer satisfaction is our top priority as we take any complaints about the products that we fulfill very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines for refunds for services purchased from us. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery Policy
At Heather O’Brien Design our stationery is delivered to clients via all major delivery providers, including, USPS, UPS, FEDEX, among others.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries for orders placed through or by our site are subject to the terms and conditions of the third party delivery providers delivering your order. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided the correct contact information and delivery address. We are not responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide for orders made through or by our Site.
We will endeavor to provide you with expected delivery times, but cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the expected range of the delivery time. There may be delays in fulfilling or delivering your order that are outside of our immediate control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or special event delays.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our custom products, there are no refunds or exchanges once your design process has begun.
Taxes
If you are in the state of Florida, appropriate sales tax will be applied to your order made by or through our Site through the price displayed at checkout.
Return Policy
At Heather O’Brien Design we do not accept returns, due to the custom nature of our products. All sales are final. No returns can be made.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed with Heather O’Brien Design, cancellations are not permitted if the design process has begun. If the design process has not yet started, please contact us via the contact information below to inquire about cancellation.
